1. Strictly no cancellation of orders once the order confirmation is sent. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.
2. No rush shipping. Shipment every weekends and mondays.
3. Can do meet up at MOA. (30 pesos handling fee will be applied)
4. For PAYO (pay as you order), you will be given an hour to pay for your items. Will be charged 5 pesos per hour for late payments.
5. For 3 days reservation or DOP, you are required to pay 50% non-refundable downpayment of the total price. Will be charged 50 pesos per day for late payments.
6. 30 pesos packaging fee for all items. You may add 3 pesos per toploader for buying 4 or more photocards.
7. All items are onhand and official unless stated otherwise.
8. I will no longer liable for any loss, damages, and delays caused by couriers once shipped out.
9. Before sending your concerns about your item/s, you are required to show a complete and unedited unboxing video of the parcel. Make sure to show the waybill in the video for additional proof.
10. For return/refund, kindly submit your requests within fourteen days of receiving the item/s. Any requests after this period will not be entertained.
